"Excelente servicios en recepción, me atendió María y es muy amable. Excelente servicios de limpieza Excelente personal del restaurante la Roca Son muy atentos. En especial Ramón muy atento y dedicado a su trabajo Más vigilancia y entrenamiento de servicio al cliente con los de limpieza en la playa, unos de ellos, no recuerdo su nombre me solitó buscarle 3 cerveza mientras hacia su labor en la playa."abuso de confianza". "Rooms were short on towels . Pool towels were very hard to get . Bar ran out of coconut rum 4 nights . Staff is friendly and try to help you . Breakfast was good but ran out of bacon many mornings . The fresh omeletes were fantastic as well as the chef . "

"Needs better management to pay attention to details. For example, we book two rooms. One room was for 5 people and only one umbrella was found. If you know 5 people are coming common sense is to put more than 1 umbrella. The other room had no umbrella and took over 2 days to get just one. Shower head holder in bathrooms were loose and water was splashing everywhere. Only buffet was available, all restaurants were book for our entire 5 day stay unless we wanted to have dinner after 9pm. Poor planning by hotel management."
